We offer various fitness programs conveniently located at the Packanack Lake Clubhouse. We offer group session programs with varying start dates throughout the year. Currently, our fitness programs include Zumba (Jocelyn Voskian, Instructor), Yoga (Shirley Veale, Instructor and Lake Member) and Boot Camp (Tara Ricciardi, Instructor and Lake Member). Our instructors are experts and certified trainers in their fields. Zumba is offered on Monday 6 to 7 p.m. Xen Yoga is offered Monday 10 to 11 a.m. and Thursday 7 to 8 p.m. Power Yoga is offered Wednesday 10 to 11 a.m. Regular Yoga is offered Thursday 10 to 11 a.m. Boot Camp is offered Thursday 7 to 8 p.m.
